为适应国家"七五"重点科技攻关项目的需要和进一步完善钻井工艺技术研究手段,中原油田1988年建成一口全尺寸科学实验井。主井简?244.5mm套管下深1006.45m,两根?60.3mm旁通交管分别在516.81m和924.70m与主井筒相通;副并筒?339.7mm套管下深143.97m;1号气包井可存贮50~70MPa压缩气体0.24m3;2号气包井可存贮20MPa压缩气体6m3。气包井分别与主井筒的旁通支管相连,压缩气体可视为地层流体,以人工模拟溢流、
Abstract:
To meet the requirmehts ln developing the key scientlfic technology during the "Seventh-Five-Year-Plan",and improve the researching medium in drilling technology, a full-size scientific experimental well had been completed in 1988 in Zhongyuan oil field. A ?244.5mm casing in the main wellbore was run down to the depth of 1006.45m,two ?60.3mm side tubes were connected with the main wellbore at 516.81m and 924.70m respectively. A ?339.7 mm casing was run down to 143.97m in the slab hole. The NO. 1 gas storage well could hold 0.24m3 compressed gas with 50-70MPa,while the NO.2 well could hold 6m3 with 20MPa. Both of the storage well were connected to the main wellbore with the sidetubes, thus the compressed gas could be considered as formation fluid. Therefore overflow,well kick and blowout could be simulated artificially. The experimental well has been equiped with a full set of power supply, hoisting equipment, as well as the well control equipement, circulation system,gas seal pressure testing units,and data collecting and processing laboratory. The article recommended some researching which have been carried out in the experimental well,and some other functions need to be developed.

作者简介:李允子,生于1933年。1952年毕业于上海中华职业学校,以后一直从事钻井工作,曾任局总工程师、副局长,是享受政府津贴的有突出贡献的专家,曾任本刊第三、四、五届编委;张世同,1956年生。1982年毕业于华东石油学院钻井专业,现任钻井工艺研究院工艺室主任、高级工程师;高建清,1959年生。1983年毕业于江汉石油学院矿机专业,现任钻井工艺研究院工艺室工程师。
