摘要:
以前对螺纹脂的要求,只是润滑性和密封性,现在还要求对环境无污染。目前,就是按APIRP5A3生产的产品,虽然对环境的污染减轻了,但润滑性和密封性不能令人满意。石油管材研究中心和美国Tubemasters S.A.公司合作开发的CATTS 101,是以特殊的厌氧胶为基体,无铅、无重金属、无毒、无非生物降解成份的特殊螺纹密封脂。经全尺寸油套管评价试验和气密封试验,CATTS 101螺纹脂具有与API螺纹脂相同的润滑性和抗粘扣性,气密封性则优于API螺纹脂。所以,CATTS 101与API圆螺纹和偏梯形螺纹配合使用,可部分代替特殊扣的使用。
Abstract:
Nowdays thread compounds are not only requested for its properties of lubrication and sealing,but its safty to the environment.The API RP 5A3 products are not satisfied with its properties of lubrication and sealing,though it decreases the pollution.CATTS101,a special anaerobic colloid based thread compound,was developed jointly by The Oil Tubing Research Center and Tubemasters USA,without lead,heavy metal,toxic and abiotic degraded ingredients.The tests of tubing and casing evaluation and gas tightness indicate that its lubrication and threads sticking resistance are as the same as convertional API compounds,while its gas tightness is much better.

作者简介:李宝进,大专学历。1980年以来,长期从事石油管材研究工作,曾获国家科技进步二等奖。1991年后,从事特殊螺纹脂的试验研究及技术管理工作,工程师;宋治,1960年毕业于北京石油学院,长期在大庆油田从事油气井固井工程施工及质量研究工作。1976年调石油部负责石油专用管的质量检验及质量评价工作。1984年调石油管材研究所,多次获国家、总会司和省科技进步奖,是享受政府津贴的有突出贡献的专家,任总工程师、教授级高级工程师。
