摘要:
为了研究套管抗外挤强度大小,采用空间20结点有限元模型,并结合子结构法,从理论上进行套管柱抗外挤强度结构有限元分析;采用约束与放松边界交互方式,根据子结构集成特性对轴向大尺寸套管有限元模型进行计算分析;运用高精度三角形单元法,分析磨损几何缺陷对套管抗外挤强度影响规律;采用SOR逐步超松弛迭代方法求解出套管在外压作用下位移场分布规律。分析表明,子结构法能够准确模拟轴向大尺寸套管柱抗外挤强度问题,随磨痕深度增加,套管抗外挤强度迅速降低。
Abstract:
In order to study the resistance intensity to external pressure of casing,finite element model was adopted with 20 space nodal,and combined with substructure method,analyzed the resistance intensity of casing string theoretically.Used interactive mode with restrict and release boundary,calculated stress along axis of casing string by finite element model based on integrate attribution of substructure.Used high accuracy triangle cell,analyzed resistance intensity effect rule of worn geometry default to casing string.Calculated displacement field distribution rule of casing string at external pressure by SOR method.Study indicate that substructure method can be used to exactly calculate the resistance to external pressure along axis of casing string,the intensity of resistance to external pressure decreased with deep increase of polishing scratch.
