摘要:套管内钻孔深穿透径向井技术利用高压水力射流在油层部位形成多个辐射状径向井眼,以扩大泄油面积和降低生产压降。分析了该技术的技术原理,根据技术适用性对试验井进行选井选层论证,在此基础上提出了两口试验井的径向孔设计方案,并从试验准备及施工工艺方面论述了两口井的现场实施情况。试验结果表明,两口井均达到了方案设计要求,并取得了一定的增产效果,但未达到预期产能,分析认为是径向喷射过程中岩屑返排困难形成砂堵所致。
   
Abstract:
Abstract: The mechanism of deep penetration of radial well with hole-drilling in casing technology developed in recent years is to form a plurality of radial hole in reservoir through high pressure water jetting, which could enlarge the drainage area and reduce production pressure drop. This paper analyzes the technical principles of this technology, and then proves the mechanism with well and layer selection of test wells through technical applicability. On the basis of these, the radial hole design plan of two testing wells were proposed, and the on-site operation situation was illuminated from the aspect of field test preparation and construction techniques. The testing results showed that both wells site construction had met the requirement of the design and made the yield increasing effect at some certain degree, even though failed to achieve the anticipated capacity. It is thought that the sand blocking resulted from debris flow-back difficulties is the key reason for increase of output not enough during the radial water jetting process.
