摘要:
针对机械防砂空心分注技术存在防砂后通径小、分注级数少、投捞测配繁琐等问题,进行了大通径分层防砂和小直径偏心定量分注工艺研究,形成了ø177.8 mm套管注水井分层防砂偏心分注技术。该技术分层防砂达到3段,留井防砂管通径可达108 mm,分层注水管柱内通径46 mm,可满足验封、定量配水、斜井投捞测配等要求,为易出砂地层分注工作提供了一种防砂可靠、分注级数多、投捞测配简单的技术思路。
Abstract:
There are problems of small drift diameter, less separate injection series, bothering pulling test in the course of mechanical sand control and hollow separate injection. To solve these, the techniques of large bore separate layer sand control and slim hole separate flooding were implemented. The technology of separate layer sand control and eccentric flooding was developed in ø177.8 mm casing injection wells. Separate layers could reach as many as 3 sections and bore size of sand control screen came to 108 mm while injection string diameter was 46 mm. The technology can meet the needs of sealing test, quantitative water distribution, pulling inspection and so on. It provides a technical idea for reliable sand control, more separate injection series and simple pulling test.
